Description	The Manheim Central High School is seeking a Lead Facilitator for the Business Department for the 2023-2024 school year. The Instructional Facilitator is responsible for planning and providing instructional leadership involving departmental curriculum and educational programs for the Manheim Central School District. Essential Functions include (but are not limited to): 1. Provides instructional leadership to assigned teachers. 2. Assists with planning, preparing, presenting, participating, and evaluating professional development initiatives for instructional staff. 3. Assists instructional leadership team in budget process. 4. Maintains inventory of departmental materials. 5. Attends five instructional facilitator meetings per year with the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for curricular updates, reviewing district goals and initiatives, and serving as a liaison for communicating to their departments/grade levels. Yearly stipend EOE
